On your home page dashboard, there are key metrics that provide a snapshot of how the program is performing and to highlight things requiring further action.
Active items: are ones that are “live” in your system and orderable by program members.
Pending items: are ones that are NOT “live”. Details of the item are viewable and editable by system administrators. Items can be marked as “active”, thus making them “live” in the program catalog and available for redemption by the program members.
